Views is a high density 3 bulldings with 23 storey each. Going vertical means there is more utilization of stest in any project. The elevators also in this project are high speed elevators. The commercial retail ground and first floor along with a commercial office has an aluminium curtain glazing with glass.

The project is loacted at the most prominent roads of Mumbai. After looking at the site no other briefing was required. The location has a blend of Heritage buildings , modern buildings which are moslty residential zone. Many a times location plays an integral part of our vision for a tower.
