Projects Lodha Luxuria, Thane, Mumbai This is a Township proposed for client Lodha. It was a 9 Acre property which was designed. This project comprised of 9 luxury residential buildings. There were 2 Bedroom towers with four units per floor and the 3 Bedroom apartments had private elevations directly opening up to individual apartments. These were first automated residences in India when it was proposed. The towers were also Mi-one construction. This project was headed by Arch. Projects Prive, Khandala For many years, citizens of the metropolitans dreamed of escaping the hustle and having the perfect hideout at their disposal. Something so Accessible yet Exclusive, Breath-taking yet Relaxing, Luxurious yet just like Home. These dreams were realized with the project ‘Privé’ anchored by the Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd. This was an international collaboration with consultants from Singapore and abroad.State-of-the-art technology, inexpensive & durable resources were utilized. In addition, strategies of design that are steep in the fundamentals were brought to play, which helped us strike the perfect balance between the nature and contemporary structures. This is an 18 Acre Residential Township Development in one of the most beautiful hill stations close to vicinity of Mumbai. This has 73 Villas with a common Club House . The planning was challenging as the contour Levels were very different. Some bunglows are accessible from the lower level and some from the top level so this has be a very a-typical planning where each bungalow has views of the valley but they are planned specifically for that specific plot only. This unique design makes it attractive for customers to buy. accessed by individual private lifts which open up directly into the apartment. The private lifts are totally secured with access control to eliminate strangers entering the residence. The living room in each triplex has a double height space. Most of the rooms are oriented to face the ocean. The top terrace has two levels. The lower terrace level has the gym and sitting area while the upper terrace level has a spa pool.The site offers a variety of landscapes which enhances the visual aesthetics along with the opulence of the diverse neighborhoods inclusive of magnificent living spaces. Projects 8 A West View, Carter Road, Mumbai Architect VPArch Client Project Type Residential Date Aug 2024 “8 West View” is a project which consists of two , tri level bungalows situated along the beautiful Carter Promenade and the Arabian Sea. We used design and planning strategies that enhance these qualities of this residence and make it a complete housing experience. The colours and tones used make sure one feels lavish yet subtle when one enters the area. The Glass Re-enforcement panels were designed so the continuous grooves in the panels wrap up the entire envelope of the building. Our designs aim to complement the nature, the neighbourhood and the view, which make the space so interactive while being innovative. The project has 2 Basements and a podium level for parking accessed with Car Lifts. The ground floor has 2 lobby’s. One is a common lift for visitors. The two triplex’s are accessed by individual private lifts which open up directly into the apartment.
