This is a Township proposed for client Lodha. It was a 9 Acre property which was designed. This project comprised of 9 luxury residential buildings.  There were 2 Bedroom towers with four units per floor and the 3 Bedroom apartments had private elevations directly opening up to individual apartments. These were first automated residences in India when it was proposed. The towers were also Mi-one construction. This project was headed by Arch. Vinay when he was an consulting architect with Kapadia and Associates Pvt. Ltd.
