We have proposed compact homes with 450 sq. ft. and 350 sq. ft. units. There are 250 residential sale units; since the density of units is higher we through of providing common amenities for the entire complex. All the 3 buildings are connected on the terrace with terrace programs such as jogging track, gazebo for meditation at the terrace, benches along with a terrace which will have potted plants to increase the green foot print. Additionally, the buildings will have other amenities such as a community hall, library for senior citizens and yoga studio.
