For the first time in the history of the Government of Maharashtra, Vinay Patil Architects has successfully developed and presented a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model tailored for MSRTC and the State Transport of Maharashtra. This groundbreaking model includes a designated percentage of area share for MSRTC, enabling the property to be self-sustainable for the next 99 years, as per the lease agreement.

Designed with a vision for the future, the project features international standards in design and embraces sustainable architecture aimed at minimizing carbon emissions. We’re proud to share that the Government of Maharashtra has appreciated the concept and plans to adopt this model as a case study for further implementation.

Vinay Patil Architects has already been awarded four ST bus station projects, including the Junnar City State Transport Stand. We extend our gratitude to MSRTC for their trust and to Hon. MLA Sharad Sonawane Sir for this invaluable opportunity.
